If this does occur, your washr will reject the order if their attempt to contact you isn’t successful. This will remove your order from the system and charge a $4.99 fee.
This policy is in place to protect our washrs, who plan their routes and days to best manage their orders and to earn money by fulfilling these orders. When they claim an order, and the order isn’t there, they have spent their resources for an order they cannot fulfill. That’s why we charge the rejection fee, which aids us in compensating the washr for the lost order.
